    Signing up for ongoing maintenance is a two step process:

    1. Complete the form below
    2. An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Once payment is received your service will be initiated.

  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    UNDERSTANDING THE MAINTENANCE PROCESS
    I understand that WordPress is an open source software platform that requires regular maintenance and upgrades. It is understood that certain glitches may occur with WordPress, Theme, or plugin upgrades. This is common and fixable but should not in any way be attributed to the work of the Designer.

    Should problems arise Designer will work with Client to resolve within her realm of expertise. Should the need for more advanced knowledge arise Designer will recommend outside companies or resources.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Should you wish to cancel your maintenance program at any time, please contact me directly. Cancellation notices must be received prior to the next billing cycle.

    No refunds for services rendered are available.

    I understand that updating WordPress, themes, and plugins can sometimes disrupt how my website looks and functions. I will not hold Kirsten Hope or Kirsten Hope LLC responsible for these events or their fallout.
